制作不同比表面积的正极铅膏,均匀填涂入正极板栅,经滚压、固化干燥工艺后,搭配负极极板、隔膜、硫酸电解质,组装成2V4Ah模拟电池和2V20Ah单格电池,并进行电池性能测试,探索不同比表面积的正极铅膏对铅蓄电池性能影响.
Study on the Influence of Specific Surface Area of Positive Electrode Paste on the Performance of Lead Acid Batteries
This article describes the production of positive electrode lead paste with different specific surface areas,which is uniformly filled into the positive electrode grid.After rolling,curing,and drying processes,it is combined with the negative electrode plate,separator,and sulfuric acid electrolyte to assemble a 2V4Ah simulated battery and a 2V20Ah single-cell battery.The battery performance is tested to explore the influence of positive electrode lead paste with different specific surface areas on the performance of lead-acid batteries.
