To Determine the Content of Inorganic Elements in Meconopsis Horridula and Fifteen Kinds of Tibetan Medicine by ICP-MS Method
In order to establish a method for the determination of 15 inorganic elements in different parts of Meconopsis horridula and 9 kinds of Tibetan medicine, the contents of inorganic elements in different medicinal parts of Meconopsis horridula and 9 kinds of Tibetan medicine were determined. In this study, the samples were preliminarily treated by microwave digestion, and the contents of inorganic elements in the whole grass, roots, stems, leaves, flowers and fruits of Meconopsis horridula were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).At the same time, the contents of 15 inorganic elements(Mg,Al,Ca,Ti,V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,Sr,Sb,Ba,Pb)in 9 kinds of Tibetan medicines(Saussurea salicifolia,Lagotis,Clematis tinctoria,Sabina chinensis,Aucklandialappa,Eleutherococcusgiraldii,Gen-tiana straminea,Crocus sativus L.,Pelargonium gigantean)were also analyzed. The correlation of each element in its linear range was good(R>0.9),RSD<5%.The results showed that the major elements with high content were Ca and Mg,and the trace elements were Fe,Al and Cr,and the content of trace elements in different medicinal parts was different. The major elements with high content of nine Tibetan medicines are Ca and Mg,and the content of trace elements is different in different plants.Through the analysis of the content of medicinal parts of Meco-nopsis horridula,it laid a research foundation for the production quality control and quality evaluation of Meconopsis horridula, and explored its efficacy and medicinal properties. At the same time,it provided a reference for the content of inorganic elements in the whole grass of 9 Tibetan medicines.
