为了有效解决氨氮含量测定时硫化物带来的干扰问题,提出了相应的消除策略.经过多次实验验证结果表明,将含有硫化物的水样用双氧水进行预处理,可以显著提高合成氨生产工艺污水中氨氮测定的准确度和精密度.
A Method for Eliminating Sulfide Interference in the Determination of Ammonia Nitrogen in Sewage by Nesser's Reagent Spectrophotometry
In order to effectively solve the interference problem caused by sulfide in the determination of ammonia nitrogen content,the corre-sponding elimination strategy is put forward.The experimental results show that pretreatment of water samples containing sulfide with hydrogen peroxide can significantly improve the accuracy and precision of determination of ammonia nitrogen in synthetic ammonia production wastewater.
