咖啡因提取及检测一体化实验设计探索及实践

目的:分析了目前化学实验教学的现状,针对存在的问题,结合药学专业需求,对有机化学和分析化学学科开展一体化实验教学的初步探索和实践.方法:实验设计并完成了从茶叶中提取咖啡因,并进行红外光谱的定性分析,继而采用紫外分光光度法对各类饮料中咖啡因含量进行了检测.结果:学生整体掌握有机物质分离纯化的方法、红外光谱分析法以及紫外分光光度法的原理及检测过程.结论:这一实验教学模式不仅激发了学生的实验兴趣,使学生深刻的认识到化学各分支学科之间的内在联系,同时也提升学生对药品质量控制认识的高度,这对其今后从事药品的检测与研发工作有着深远的意义.
Exploration of Comprehensive Experiment for Caffeine Extraction and Determination of Content
This paper analyzes the present situation of chemical experiment teaching,and combined with requirements of pharmaceutical special-ty,to carry out the integration of organic chemistry and analytical chemistry experiment teaching.The experiment was designed and completed to extract caffeine from tea,and carried out the qualitative analysis of infrared spectrum,and ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to test the caf-feine content in beverages,with overall grasp the principle of ultraviolet spectrophotometric method and testing process.This experiment teach-ing mode not only stimulated the students'interest in experiment,causes the student to deeply recognize the inner link between various branches of chemistry,but also increase the height of the students'understanding of drug quality control,which has far-reaching significance for their future work in drug testing and research and development.
