Analysis of the Causes and Control Measures of Ash Accumulation on the Cross Hanger of SHELL Gasifier
The factors contributing to ash accumulation in the cross hangers of the gasifier are examined,focusing on coal quality,fly ash charac-teristics,and furnace temperature control.Subsequently,control measures are proposed to mitigate ash buildup in the cross hangers and ensure the long-term stable operation of the gasifier.
