Design and Operation Example of Treatment Process for Gas Condensate Water in an Iron and Steel Plant
The design scale of a gas condensate water treatment station in an iron and steel plant in Yunnan is 2880 m3/d.According to the characteristics of high COD,high ammonia nitrogen and phenol cyanide in gas condensate water,a combined process of"air flotation-chlor-alkali cyanide breaking-A/O process-Fenton oxidation-neutralization precipitation"was designed.The effluent pollutant index meets the re-quirements of the influent water quality of the comprehensive wastewater treatment station in the iron and steel plant.After the commissioning,the pretreatment station runs stably and the effluent reaches the standard.This aerticle introduces the design parameters of the main structures in detail,and provides some ideas and case references for the construction of the same type of wastewater treatment project.
