"新工科"背景下"本科生导师制"人才培养模式的探究

在新工科背景下,高校应用型人才培养面临的问题更加突出.为了紧跟时代发展步伐,针对"本科生导师制"人才培养模式存在的问题进行了改革和重构.以吉林师范大学化学学院为例,阐述了"本科生导师制"在"新工科"人才培养中的重要意义,并详细地分析了"新工科"背景下实施"本科生导师制"所存在的问题,并且给出了合理的建议.最后,对"本科生导师制"的改革进行成果分析和展望,以期培养出具有扎实的基础知识、良好的实践能力、优秀的综合素质、较强的创新能力和创业本领的化学应用型人才.
Exploration of Talent Training Model for Undergraduate Tutorial System under Background of Emerging Engineering Education
Under the background of emerging engineering education,the problems facing the training of applied talents in universities are more prominent.In order to keep up with the development of society,in this paper,the problems existing in the talent training mode for undergradu-ate tutorial system are reformed and reconstructed.Take the college of chemistry of Jilin Normal University as an example,this paper elaborates the significance of undergraduate tutorial system in the talent training of emerging engineering education,analyzes the problems of implementing undergraduate tutorial system under the background of emerging engineering education in detail,and gives reasonable suggestions.Finally,the reform of undergraduate tutorial system is prospected in order to cultivate engineering talents with solid basic knowledge,good practical ability,excellent comprehensive quality,strong innovation ability and entrepreneurial ability.
