"新工科"建设的一个重点是探索多学科协同育人模式的改革与实践,目的在于加强高校不同学科之间以及与社会的联系,促进高等教育与经济社会协调发展.实施东北老工业基地振兴,人才是重中之重,而地方高校的使命之一就是为地方经济社会发展培养专业人才.文章根据应用化学专业的特点,研究适合地方高校应用化学专业的跨学科课程体系设计、教学团队构建和校企协同育人模式,为地方高校应用化学"新工科"建设提供参考.
Exploration and Practice of Interdisciplinary Talent Training Model for Applied Chemistry under the Background of New Engineering and Northeast Old Industrial Base Construction
A key focus of the construction of"New Engineering"is to explore the reform and practice of interdisciplinary collaborative education models,with the aim of strengthening the connection between different disciplines of universities and society,and promoting the coordinated de-velopment of higher education and the economy and society.To revitalize the old industrial base in Northeast China,talent is of utmost impor-tance,and one of the missions of local universities is to cultivate professional talents for local economic and social development.This article studies the interdisciplinary curriculum system design,teaching team construction,and school enterprise collaborative education model suitable for local universities based on the characteristics of applied chemistry majors,providing reference for the construction of"new engineering disci-plines"in applied chemistry in local universities.
