Lobelin hydrochloride is the main alkaloid and active ingredient extracted from North American lobelia,used for emergency treat-ment of central respiratory depression,and has a wide application market in the field of central respiratory depression.A summary of the syn-thesis methods of lobelin hydrochloride was presented through graphical representation,and a brief analysis of its key process points was con-ducted.
