Study on the Adsorption of Pb2+in Waste water By Ultrasonic Co Modified Municipal Solid Waste Incineration Fly Ash
A waste incineration fly ash adsorbent was prepared by alkali modification combined with ultrasonic assisted method. The optimal preparation conditions were explored, and the fly ash under the optimal preparation conditions was used for the adsorption of Pb2+.XRD,SEM,and FTIR characterization methods were used to analyze its adsorption performance for Pb2+.Research has shown that the optimal preparation conditions are an alkali to ash ratio of 0.45,ultrasonic power of 640 W,and ultrasonic time of 30 minutes. When the adsorbent dosage is 0.1 g,the adsorption time is 90 minutes, and the initial concentration of Pb2+is 600 mg/L,the maximum adsorption rate reaches 79.45%and the ad-sorption capacity reaches 240.45 mg/g.After treatment, the content of amorphous substances,SiO2,and CaCO3 in fly ash increases, and the specific surface area increases. At the same time, the introduction of-OH groups improves the hydrophilicity and reactivity of fly ash,enhan-cing its adsorption performance.
