设计正交实验优选虎杖膏的提取工艺

(目的)建立高效液相色谱法同时测定虎杖中的虎杖苷、大黄素;通过正交实验,优选虎杖膏中君药虎杖的提取工艺.(方法)采用高效液相色谱法同时测定虎杖中的虎杖苷、大黄素,以含量和浸膏得率为评价指标,考察虎杖煎煮的主要影响因素,优选水提工艺.(结果)虎杖最佳水提工艺为:8倍量水,浸泡45 min,煎煮3次,一次30 min.(结论)方法简单可行,操作性强.
Optimization of Extraction Process for Reynoutria Japonica Cream by Orthogonal Design
(Objective)High performance liquid chromatography was established to determine the content of canidin and emodin simultaneously,and the extraction process of medicine in ointment was selected through orthogonal test.(Methods)The contents of ridin and emodin were deter-mined by HPLC,and the content and extract rate were the main influencing factors of decocting,and the water extraction technique was pre-ferred.(Results)The best water lifting process of knotweed is:8 times water,soak for 45 min,decocting 3 times,30 min.(Conclusion)This method is simple and feasible.
