水麻果总黄酮的超声辅助提取工艺优化及其抗氧化活性研究

以四川省阿坝州汶川县的野生水麻果实为原料,运用超声辅助提取水麻果中的总黄酮,先后经过单因素试验和正交试验,发现各因素对总黄酮提取率都有显著影响,影响的强弱由高到低依次为:乙醇体积分数>提取时间>料液比>提取温度,最佳参数为:提取温度60 ℃、提取时间75 min、乙醇体积分数50%以及料液比1∶40。在最佳参数条件下,水麻果总黄酮的提取率达到2。23%。分别探究总黄酮提取液对。OH自由基和DPPH自由基的清除作用,清除率分别达到76。1%和59。8%。超声辅助提取工艺具有操作简单、可行性强以及提取率稳定的特点。
Optimization of Extraction Process for Total Flavonoids in Water Hemp Fruit by Orthogonal Experiment
This study used wild water hemp fruits from Wenchuan County,Aba Prefecture,Sichuan Province as raw materials,and used ultra-sound assisted extraction to extract total flavonoids from water hemp fruits.After single factor and orthogonal experiments,it was found that each factor had a significant impact on the extraction rate of total flavonoids.The strength of the impact from high to low was as follows:ethanol vol-ume fraction>extraction time>solid-liquid ratio>extraction temperature.The optimal parameters were:extraction temperature 60 ℃,extraction time 75 minutes,ethanol volume fraction 50%,and solid-liquid ratio 1∶40.Under the optimal parameter conditions,the extraction rate of total fla-vonoids from water sesame fruit reached 2.23%.Exploring the scavenging effects of total flavonoid extract on·OH and DPPH free radicals,the scavenging rates reached 76.1%and 59.8%,respectively.This extraction process has the characteristics of simple operation,strong feasibility,and stable extraction rate.
