摘要

针对过筛管压裂的具体特点,以典型井为案例,进行了不同过筛管压裂防砂模式的实验.结果表明,膨胀筛管具有更好的流通性能,适用于生产能力较低、生产压差高、未严重出砂的油井;防砂精度为184μm的泡沫金属筛管兼具挡砂和流通能力,适用于生产能力高、严重出砂的油井.

Abstract

This article focuses on the specific characteristics of screen tube fracturing,and takes a typical well as a case study to conduct experi-ments on different sand control modes of screen tube fracturing.From the experimental results,it can be seen that the expansion screen tube has better flowability and is suitable for oil wells with low production capacity,high production pressure difference,and no severe sand production;The sand control accuracy is 184 μm foam metal screen pipe has both sand control and circulation capacity,and is suitable for oil wells with high production capacity and severe sand production.
