Rapid Determination of Phosphorus and Iron in Iron Phosphate Products for Battery Matreials by Glass Frit-X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometry
This article explores the determination of phosphorus and iron content in battery materials lithium iron phosphate products using the glass fusion bead-X-ray fluorescence spectrometry method.After applying the theoretical alpha coefficient correction,the correlation coefficient of the linear regression equation reaches 0.9996,indicating excellent linearity.The relative standard deviation(RSD)for phosphorus(P)is 0.24%,and for iron(Fe)it is 0.12%.The experiment results demonstrates that this method offers good precision and accuracy,with rapid de-tection and easy operation,making it suitable for the rapid determination of phosphorus and iron content in lithium iron phosphate products.
