Simultaneous Determination of Chlorogenic Acid,Ferulic Acid and Paeonol in Shugan Powder by HPLC
(Objective)To establish a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid,ferulic acid and paeonol in Shugansan powder.(Methods)The contents of chlorogenic acid,ferulic acid and paeonol in drugs were determined by HPLC.Chromatographic conditions:chromatographic column:Shiseido MG Ⅱ(φ4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm);Mobile phase:acetonitrile(A)-water(B),flow rate:1.0 mL/min;Detection wavelength:230 nm;Column temperature:30 ℃;Injection volume:10 μL;(Results)The content of chlorogenic acid,ferulic acid and paeonol in Shugansan powder showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.994-19.890、0.970-19.00,2.538-50.75 µg/mL,with r being 0.9997,0.9999 and 0.9998,respectively.The average recoveries were 100.14%,100.21%and 98.83%,re-spectively.(Conclusion)The method is accurate,simple and efficient,and can be used for the determination of chlorogenic acid,ferulic acid and paeonol in Shugans powder.
