皂角子与滇皂角子紫外-可见光谱和红外光谱鉴别研究

(目的)建立皂角子与滇皂角子的紫外-可见光谱和傅立叶红外光谱的鉴别方法。(方法)采用W-正态检验法识别共有峰,主成分分析及正交偏最小二乘判别法分析,对皂角子与滇皂角子的特征紫外光谱图进行鉴别。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱技术获得不同产地皂角子及滇皂角子红外光谱和一阶导数谱。(结果)甲醇提取液中,皂角子与滇皂角子具有不同特征紫外光谱共有吸收峰位,经分析能明显鉴别两者。与皂角子比较,滇皂角子的平均红外光谱在1374 cm-11、1251 cm-1附近特有振动吸收峰。(结论)紫外-可见光谱法和傅里叶红外光谱法均可用于鉴别区分皂角子与滇皂角子药材,方法简便、准确、灵敏。
ldentification of the Semen of Gleditsia Sinensis Lam.and G.delavayi Franch.by Ultraviolet Spectroscopy Combined with Infrared Spectroscopy
(Objective)To establish a rapid method for distinguishing the Semen of Gleditsia sinensis Lam.and G.delavayi Franch.by Ultravio-let Spectroscopy Combined with Infrared Spectroscopy.(Methods)The W-normal test method was used to identify common peaks,principal component analysis and orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis were used to distinguish the characteristic UV absorption spectra of the Semen of Gleditsia sinensis Lam.and G.delavayi Franch..The Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy technology was used to obtain the in-frared spectra and first-order derivative spectra of different origins of the Semen of Gleditsia sinensis Lam.and G.delavayi Franch..(Results)There are common absorption peaks in the UV spectra of the Semen of Gleditsia sinensis Lam.and G.delavayi Franch.in the methanol extrac-tion solution with different characteristics,which can be clearly identified through analysis.Compared with the Semen of Gleditsia sinensis Lam.,the average infrared spectrum of the Semen of G.delavayi Franch.has a unique vibration absorption peak near 1374 cm-1 and 1251 cm-1.(Conclusion)Both ultraviolet line group method and Fourier infrared spectroscopy can be used to distinguish the Semen of Gleditsia sinensis Lam.and G.delavayi Franch.,the methods are simple,accurate and sensitive.
