Rapid Determination of Total Phosphorus and Calcium Content in Feed Grade Calcium Hydrogen Phosphate and Calcium Dihydrogen Phosphate by X-ray Fluorescence Spectroscopy
In the detection of total phosphorus and calcium content in feed grade calcium hydrogen phosphate and calcium dihydrogen phosphate,melting sampling,X-ray fluorescence spectrometer analysis,and X-ray fluorescence spectrometer have the advantages of fast analysis speed,good accuracy,and high precision.In this paper,using a mixture of anhydrous lithium tetraborate and lithium metaborate flux Li2B4O7(67%)+LiBO2(33%)as the flux,NH4I as the release agent,and selecting appropriate melting conditions,a uniform,transparent,and impurity free glassy sam-ple was made.Selecting internal standard samples to establish calibration curves,and conduct multiple sets of data validation under the same ex-perimental conditions.The accuracy and precision of method meet the requirements and are suitable for daily testing.
