不同溅射镀膜制样方式在LiFePO4材料形貌观察中的应用

采用冷场发射扫描电镜对比了三种不同溅射镀膜制样方式对LiFePO4材料进行微观形貌观察及粒径分析的效果。结果表明,采用溅射镀膜黄金、溅射镀膜铂金、不溅射镀膜三种方式制备的的样品,通过扫描电子显微镜均能对材料粒径分布进行有效分析。其中观察溅射镀膜铂金和不溅射镀膜的样品,能够清晰的观察LiFe-PO4材料的微观形貌,采用不溅射镀膜的制样方式能有效地降低人员及耗材的成本;而观察溅射镀膜黄金的样品,由于黄金颗粒较大,很大程度上掩蔽了 LiFePO4表面的微观细节特征,从而观察到的微观形貌失真。结果表明:对于LiFePO4正极材料采用冷场扫描电镜观察时,以不溅射镀膜制样方式观察,能够清晰地观察材料表面的微观细节特征,同时有效降低人员设备成本,提高材料形貌观察及粒径分析的效率。
Application of Different Sputtering Coating Sample Preparation Methods in Observing the Morphology of LiFePO4 Materials
This experiment compared the microstructure and particle size analysis of LiFePO4 material using three different sputtering coating prepa-ration methods using cold field emission scanning electron microscopy.The results showed that samples prepared by sputtering gold coating,sputte-ring platinum coating,and non sputtering coating can be effectively analyzed for material particle size distribution through scanning electron mi-croscopy.Observing the samples of sputtering coated platinum and non sputtering coated can clearly observe the microstructure of LiFePO4 materi-al.The sample preparation method of non sputtering coating can effectively reduce the cost of personnel and consumables;Observing the samples of sputtered gold coating,due to the large size of gold particles,the microscopic details of the surface of LiFePO4 are largely masked,resulting in distorted microscopic morphology observed.The results show that when observing LiFePO4 cathode materials using cold field scanning electron mi-croscopy,the microscopic details of the material surface can be clearly observed by non sputtering coating preparation,while effectively reducing personnel and equipment costs and improving the efficiency of material morphology observation and particle size analysis.
