In order to solve the problem of the disconnection between medicinal chemistry practical training and theory,and the difficulty for students to connect theory with practice,and achieve the goal of stimulating students'interest in learning and improving the quality of medicinal chemistry teaching,we have built a practical training video library that integrates theory and practical aspects of medicinal chemistry,and eval-uate the teaching effectiveness through a questionnaire survey.The results showed that the application of integrated practical training videos in medicinal chemistry teaching effectively solved the problem of disconnection between practical training and theory,and played a role in activa-ting students'thinking,enhancing learning interest,and improving the quality of theoretical and practical training teaching.
