新工科背景下制药工程专业实验教学探索——推荐一个基于米托蒽醌前药的综合实验

新工科背景下,制造业对制药专业人才的创新能力提出了更高要求.以米托蒽醌前药的合成及性能研究为实验内容,为制药工程本科专业推荐一个综合实验.通过有机合成方法对米托蒽醌进行结构修饰获得目标前药,通过核磁共振及质谱对前药结构进行结构表征,利用质谱及高效液相色谱对前药的响应释放性能进行考察,通过细胞毒性实验考察前药对癌细胞的选择性.实验涵盖了药物合成、结构表征、药物释放、毒性分析等方面,有助于制药工程专业创新性人才的培养.
Exploration of Experimental Teaching in Pharmaceutical Engineering Under the Background of New Engineering——A Comprehensive Experiment Based on Mitoxantrone Prodrug is Recommended
Under the background of new engineering,the manufacturing industry puts forward higher requirements for the innovation ability of pharmaceutical professionals.In this paper,we took the synthesis and properties of mitoxantrone prodrug as the experimental content,and rec-ommended a comprehensive experiment for pharmaceutical engineering undergraduate majors.In this comprehensive experiment,mitoxantrone was structurally modified by organic synthesis to obtain the target prodrug.The structure of the prodrug was characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance and mass spectrometry.The release response of prodrug was performed on mass spectrometry and highperformance liquid chromatogra-phy.The selectivity of prodrug to cancer cells was investigated with cytotoxicity test.The comprehensive experiment covers drug synthesis,struc-tural characterization,drug release toxicity analysis,etc.,which is helpful to the cultivation of innovative talents in pharmaceutical engineer-ing.
