为了响应《中华人民共和国固体废物污染环境防治法》(简称新《固废法》)的要求,通过对该法律条文的深入解读,针对固体废物处理处置课程进行了系统重构与相关专业课程的融合.在该课程内容上增加了法律法规、政策导向、技术创新等前沿内容,确保课程内容的时效性、科学性、先进性、实用性和全面性.通过探索该课程与其他相关专业课程的融合路径,减少了知识重复,提升了学习效率,构建了更加完善的知识体系.通过课程重构与融合,课程内容更加贴近新《固废法》的要求和环保领域的实际需求,更加丰富、前沿,课程结构更具连贯性和系统性.教学方法的改革与创新提高了学生的学习兴趣和实践能力,促进了理论与实践的有机结合,从而满足双碳背景下环保领域对高素质人才的需求.
Research on the Reconstruction and Integration of Solid Waste Teatment and Disposal Course under the Background of the New Solid Waste Law
This paper aims to respond to the implementation requirements of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by Solid Waste(hereinafter referred to as the new Solid Waste Law).Through the in-depth interpretation of the legal provisions,the solid waste treatment and disposal courses are systematically reconstructed and integrated with the relevant professional courses.In the course content,laws and regulations,policy guidance,technological innovation and other frontier content should be added to en-sure the timeliness,scientificity,advancement,practicability and comprehensiveness of the course content.By exploring the integration path of this course and other related professional courses,we can reduce knowledge repetition,improve learning efficiency,and build a more perfect knowledge system.Through course reconstruction and integration,the course content more close to the requirements of the new"solid waste law"and the actual demand in the field of environmental protection,more rich,frontier,curriculum structure more coherent and systematic,re-form and innovation of teaching methods to improve the students'interest in learning and practice ability,promote the combination of theory and practice,to meet the double carbon under the background of the demand for high-quality talents.
