在全球环境治理与可持续发展背景下,垃圾焚烧产生的二噁英排放问题备受关注.通过综合分析了国内外研究成果和技术进展,对二噁英的控制和减排开展了多维度研究.首先探讨其生成机理和排放特征,明确影响生成的关键因素.其次系统比较主流控制技术,如物理吸附、化学中和、生物降解等,多方面分析其原理、条件、效果及效益.此外,还研究了低温等离子体、光催化降解等新型技术的研发动态,这些新技术在去除效率和成本方面潜力巨大.通过研究,提出了集成化控制策略,强调源头减排与末端治理结合,构建多层次多角度的控制框架,为行业解决方案制造提供参考.
Advances and Research Trends of Dioxins Control Technology
In the context of global environmental governance and sustainable development,dioxins emissions from waste incineration have attrac-ted much attention.Through comprehensive analysis of domestic and foreign research results and technical progress,this paper aims to study the control and emission reduction of dioxins in multiple dimensions.Firstly,the formation mechanism and emission characteristics were discussed,and the key factors affecting the formation were clarified.Secondly,the system compares the mainstream control technology,such as physical adsorption,chemical neutralization,biodegradation,etc.,analyzes its principle,conditions,effects and benefits in many aspects,and also studies the research and development trends of new technologies such as low temperature plasma and photocatalytic degradation,which have great potential in terms of removal efficiency and cost.Based on the analysis,an integrated control strategy is proposed,emphasizing the combi-nation of source emission reduction and end treatment,and a multi-level and multi-angle control framework is constructed to provide solutions for the industry.
