Effect of Hydrothermal Char on Anaerobic Digestion Performance of Rose Straw
At the moderate temperature of(35±1)℃,the batch anaerobic digestion process was adopted, and hydrothermal charcoal made of cyanobacteria mud, sweet potato stems and coffee grounds was added to the anaerobic digestion system of rose stalks to study the influence of hy-drothermal charcoal on the performance of anaerobic digestion system. The results showed that the experiment lasted for 44 days, and the fer-mentation system followed the law of anaerobic digestion. The experimental group and the control group, which were added with hydrothermal charcoal made of cyanobacteria mud(experimental group 1),sweet potato stems(experimental group 2)and coffee grounds(experimental group 3),had accumulated gas production of 3251 mL,3995 mL,4555 mL and 4002 mL respectively, and the methane content was at the peak of gas production. The gas production rates of raw materials in experimental groups 1,2,3 and control group were 72 mL/g,88 mL/g,101 mL/g and 88 mL/g,and the gas production rates of TS were 173 mL/g,212 mL/g,242 mL/g and 213 mL/g,respectively.Gas production rate of raw materials and gas production rate of TS;experimental group 3>control group>experimental group 2>experimental group 1.In experiment 3,the gas production rate of raw materials is 1.15 times that of the control group, the gas production rate of TS is 1.14 times that of the control group, and the cumulative daily gas production and methane production are increased by 13.83%and 14%compared with the control group.
