Numerical Simulation Study on Chaos Enhancement of Solid-liquid Coupling in Multi Blade Mechanical Stirring
This article obtained a modified impeller by drilling holes on the inclined propeller turbine blades.The process visualization calcula-tion of the modified impeller was carried out through numerical simulation,and the flow field structure,fluid velocity distribution,solid suspen-sion degree,local solid distribution,wake vortex,and turbulent kinetic energy(TKE)were studied in detail.The results showed that the radial flow generated by the 60 ° straight blade end was strong,the velocity distribution in the groove was relatively sufficient,and good material mix-ing effect could be achieved.In terms of particle bottom suspension,the 60 ° impeller performed better in solid suspension and had the best stir-ring effect among inclined blades with different inclinations.
