摘要

以鸡冠刺桐枝叶为研究材料,通过单因素和正交试验研究了其黄酮类化合物的最佳提取条件.结果表明,最佳提取条件为:以50%的乙醇溶液作为提取剂,按照1∶50(g/mL)的料液比在80℃的水浴温度下恒温提取60min,随后用超声波处理40 min,总黄酮的提取率为25.4 mg/g.以最优提取工艺提取的溶液为原料,通过纸片扩散法对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌进行了抑菌活性研究,结果显示,优化后的提取液对金黄色葡萄球菌表现出一定的抑菌效果,对大肠杆菌没有明显的抑菌效果.

Abstract

Leaves and branches of Erythrina crista-galli served as the basis for this study.Through single factor and orthogonal testing,we de-termined the best conditions for extracting flavonoids.The ideal extraction process involved using a 50%ethanol solution as the solvent,with a material-to-solvent ratio of 1∶50.Extraction was conducted at a constant temperature of 80℃ in a water bath for 60 minutes,followed by an additional 40 minutes of ultrasonic treatment.This yielded a total flavonoid extraction of 25.4 mg/g.Utilizing this optimized extract,we ex-plored its antibacterial properties against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus using the paper diffusion method.The results demonstrated that the extract displayed antibacterial properties against Staphylococcus aureus,while it did not have a considerable effect on Escherichia coli.
