Synthesis of a Fluorescent Probe with Excellent Sensitivity for Detention Hydrogen Sulfide
In this paper,we developed a new fluorescent probe DDM for detection hydrogen sulfide(H2S).The probe was constructed by con-necting the dicyano-isophorone and trianiline skeleton and its structure were characterized by 1 H-NMR,13 C-NMR and HR-MS.In PBS/CH3CN(10 mM,pH=7.4,1/1,v/v)buffer solution, the response of probe DDM to H2S was investigated by UV and fluorescence spectra. The results indicate that the nucleophilic addition reaction between the probe and H2S leads to the destruction of the conjugated system,resul-ting in strong absorption at 397 nm and fluorescent intensity at 490 nm.The fluorescent intensity of probe DDM solution at 490 nm showed a good linear relationship with S2-,and the detection limit detection was as low as 27.4 nmol/L.In addition, the probe DDM showed a specific response to H2S through the selective experiments of biothiols and anions. Moreover, the probe DDM can detect the H2S quickly.
