科技服务助力嘉宝果培育及其树叶提取物的应用

以科技服务为宗旨,在广东揭西县龙东村成功培育了热带水果——嘉宝果,丰富了该地区的产业布局,助力乡村振兴.通过超临界萃取技术,从温度、压力、时间等方面对嘉宝果树叶多酚提取率展开了研究;将提取物和壳聚糖复合成膜,测试了复合膜的厚度、透明度、溶解度、抗氧化性和保鲜等性能.结果表明,嘉宝果树叶多酚提取的最优条件为45 ℃、25 MPa、120 min,此时的提取率为23.07%.嘉宝果提取物提升了复合膜对DPPH自由基的清除率;复合膜能降低草莓的失重率,延长草莓保鲜期.
Application Research on the Cultivation of Myrciaria cauliflora and Its Extract Promoted by Scientific and Technological Services
With the aim of providing scientific and technological service,our team has successfully cultivated the tropical fruit Myrciaria cauliflo-ra in Longdong Village,Jiexi County,which enriched the industrial layout of the region and helped the rural revitalization.The extraction rate of polyphenols from Myrciaria cauliflora leaves was studied by supercritical extraction technology.The conditions of temperature,pressure and time were discussed.The composite film was prepared by the extract and chitosan.The properties of the composite film such as thickness,trans-parency,solubility,antioxidant and preservation were determined.The results showed that the optimal conditions for the extraction of polyphe-nols were as follows:45 ℃,25 MPa,120 min,and the extraction rate was 23.07%.The extract in the composite film improved the scavenging rate of DPPH free radical.The composite film could reduce the weight loss rate and prolong the shelf life of strawberry.
