为了脱去氯化水解工艺合成的邻(对)氯苯甲醛中杂质邻(对)氯苄醇,将邻(对)氯苯甲醛产品中邻(对)氯苄醇用卢卡斯试剂转化为邻(对)氯一氯苄,然后在碱解工艺中加入催化剂三乙胺,将邻(对)氯一氯苄络转化为溶于水的季铵盐,通过油水分离、减压蒸馏实现产品邻(对)氯苯甲醛的精制提纯.控制杂质邻(对)氯苄醇在邻(对)氯苯甲醛产品中的质量分数小于0.20%,从而达到提高邻(对)氯苯甲醛产品质量(质量分数≥99.5%)的目的.
Research on the Process of Removing Ortho(para)Chlorobenzyl Alcohol in Ortho(para)Chlorobenzaldehyde Products
Tn order to remove the impurity ortho(para)chlorobenzyl alcohol in ortho(para)chlorobenzaldehyde synthesized by chlorination hy-drolysis process,ortho(para)chlorobenzyl alcohol,an impurity in ortho(para)chlorobenzaldehyde product,was converted into ortho(para)chlorobenzyl chloride using Lucas reagent.Then,in the alkaline hydrolysis process,catalyst triethylamine was added to convert ortho(para)chlorobenzyl chloride complex to water-soluble quaternary ammonium salt.The product ortho(para)chlorobenzaldehyde was refined and puri-fied by oil-water separation and vacuum distillation.Controlling the content of impurity para chlorobenzyl alcohol in para chlorobenzaldehyde products to be less than 0.20%,in order to improve the quality of para chlorobenzaldehyde products(main content ≥ 99.5%).
