摘要
将改性煅烧高岭土及改性云母与聚丙烯进行熔融共混,制备煅烧高岭土/云母/聚丙烯复合材料,研究了煅烧高岭土和云母的用量及配比对聚丙烯力学性能的影响.结果表明:改性煅烧高岭土和改性云母的加入,使聚丙烯的冲击强度提高;冲击强度最高的配方为改性煅烧高岭土的质量分数为5%,改性云母的质量分数为5%,此时,复合体系的冲击强度比纯PP提高了 35.6%.适量改性煅烧高岭土的加入,使PP的拉伸强度增加,但改性云母的加入,使复合材料拉伸强度降低.微观结构分析表明:煅烧高岭土和云母的加入,对PP都起到了异相成核的作用,增加了结晶度.
Abstract
Calcined-kaolinite/mica/polypropylene composite was prepared by melt blending method.The influence of content and proportioning of calcined kaolin and mica on the mechanical properties of polypropylene were studied.The results show that the addition of calcined-kaolinite and mica can enhance the impact strength of PP.Compared with the pure PP,the impact strength of the composites was improved 35.6%,when the weight percentage content of the calcined-kaolinite was 5%and mica was 5%.Tensile strength of PP was increased when appropriate amount calcined kaolin was added,but the addition of mica make the tensile strength of the composite decreased.Calcined kaolin and mica play a func-tion in heterogeneous nucleation of PP,and increased the degree of crystallization.
