碳点基纳米酶催化剂用于比色法检测烟叶样品中亚硝酸盐

目的:建立烟叶样品中亚硝酸盐(NO2-)纳米酶基比色检测方法.方法:基于铜、碘掺杂碳点(Cu,I-CDs)具有优异的类过氧化物酶(POD)催化活性,在酸性条件及H2O2存在下,可将无色的3,3',5,5'-四甲基联苯胺(TMB)氧化为蓝色的oxTMB,并在654 nm处出现明显的吸收峰.随着亚硝酸盐(NO2-)的加入,基于NO2的形成,体系的类过氧化物酶催化活性得到增强,溶液蓝色加深,建立了一种比色检测亚硝酸盐的新方法.结果:在0.05~17.5 mg/L质量浓度范围内,A654值与NO2-的质量浓度呈良好的线性关系,检测限为0.0126 mg/L(S/N=3).结论:所构建的检测体系在回收率和抗干扰性方面表现突出,具有较好的检测准确性,样品加标回收率在96.9%以上.该传感器已成功应用于烟叶样品检测,该方法具有快速、简便、稳定、特异性强等特点.
Carbon Dots-based Nanozyme Catalyst for Sensitive and Selective Colorimetric Detection of Nitrite
(Objective)A nanozymatic colorimetric method for the determination of nitrite(NO-2)in tobacco leaf samples was established.(Meth-ods)Based on the excellent peroxidase-like(POD)catalytic activity of copper and iodine doped carbon dots(Cu,I-CDs),colorless 3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine(TMB)can be oxidized to blue oxTMB under acidic conditions and in the presence of H2O2,and an obvious absorption peak appears at 652 nm.With the addition of nitrite(NO2-),based on the formation of NO2,the peroxidase-like catalytic activity of the system was enhanced,and the blue color of the solution was deepened.A new colorimetric method for the detection of nitrite was established.(Results)In the range of 0.05-17.5 mg/L,the A654 value showed a good linear relationship with the concentration of NO2-,and the detection limit was 0.0126 mg/L(S/N=3).(Conclusion)At the same time,the constructed detection system has outstanding performance in recovery rate and an-ti-interference,and has good detection accuracy,and the recovery rate of standard addition is above 96.9%.The sensor has been successfully applied to the detection of tobacco leaf samples.The method has the characteristics of fast,simple,stable and strong specificity.
