摘要

文章采用双道氢化物发生-原子荧光光度计初步探索开阳县三个乡5个果园土壤中的硒含量.土壤样品中硒平均质量分数为0.53 mg/kg,高于中国土壤硒的背景值(0.29mg/kg)和贵州省土壤硒平均质量分数(0.369 mg/kg).依据中国硒元素生态景观界限值的等级划分标准,研究区土壤有丰富的硒资源,值得深入研究,以促进当地富硒农产品的开发.

Abstract

The selenium content of soils from five orchard areas in Kaiyang couty was determined by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spec-trometry(HG-AFS).The result shows that the average content of selenium in target area is 0.53 mg/kg,which is much higher than the back-ground concentration values(0.29 mg/kg)of China and that(0.369 mg/kg)of Guizhou.According to classification standard of national seleni-um element ecology landscape threshold value,selenium content of sampling areas is very high.The selenium content of orchard areas in Kaiyang couty is worth further research in order to develop selenium-enriched fruit in the local area.
