摘要

介绍了海上油气田勘探开发过程中,针对不同油气藏和完井工艺形成的特色海上油气田射孔工艺技术及应用,包括针对大斜度井水平井的MWD/LWD-TCP(随钻测量和油管传输射孔)联作射孔技术,针对电潜泵完井的ESP-TCP(电潜泵和油管传输射孔)联作射孔技术,针对疏松砂岩砾石充填完井的超高孔密大孔径射孔技术以及高温高压碱性完井液条件下的射孔技术等.通过MWD/LWD与TCP技术的深度融合,实现了高精度定位和自动化控制,提高了射孔作业的智能化水平.特色射孔技术的应用显著提高了海上油气田勘探开发的作业效率,缩短了工期.通过技术创新和工艺改进,降低了射孔作业的风险,保障了作业安全.

Abstract

This article mainly introduces the characteristic offshore oil and gas field perforation technology and application formed for different oil and gas reservoirs and completion processes in the exploration and development process of offshore oil and gas fields,including MWD/LWD-TCP(measurement while drilling and tubing transmission perforation)combined perforation technology for high angle horizontal wells,ESP-TCP(e-lectric submersible pump and tubing transmission perforation)combined perforation technology for electric submersible pump completion,ultra-high porosity and large aperture perforation technology for loose sandstone and gravel filling completion,and perforation technology under high-temperature and high-pressure alkaline completion fluid conditions.Through the deep integration of MWD/LWD and TCP technology,high-pre-cision positioning and automated control have been achieved,improving the intelligence level of perforation operations.The application of char-acteristic perforation technology has significantly improved the operational efficiency of offshore oil and gas field exploration and development,and shortened the construction period.Through technological innovation and process improvement,the risks of perforation operations have been reduced,ensuring operational safety.
