针对化工行业连续性生产设备易受到电压暂降影响的问题,分析了云南大为制氨生产设备的特点以及电网电压暂降的特点和导致因素.在此基础上设计了基于低压直流冗余配电方式的高可靠供电电源系统:对于变频系统,采用电压暂降保护装置(voltage sags protector,VSP)将储能电池进行升压后,维持变频器直流母线电压稳定;对于线圈类负荷,采用线圈类电压暂降保护器LSP(loop voltage sags protector,LSP)实现暂降保护,从而避免系统电压暂降造成设备跳车影响,提升供电电源可靠性.测试结果表明了方案的有效性.
Research and Application of Highly Reliable Power Supply Systems in the Chemical Industry
In response to the problem of continuous production equipment in the chemical industry being easily affected by voltage sag,this pa-per analyzes the characteristics of Yunnan Dawei ammonia production equipment,as well as the characteristics and causes of voltage sag in the power grid.On this basis,a highly reliable power supply system based on low-voltage DC redundant distribution method was designed:for the frequency conversion system,a voltage sag protection device(VSP)was used to boost the energy storage battery and maintain the stability of the DC bus voltage of the frequency converter;For coil type loads,the coil type voltage sag protector LSP(Loop Voltage Sag Protector,LSP)is used to achieve sag protection,thereby avoiding equipment tripping caused by system voltage sag and improving the reliability of the power sup-ply.The test results demonstrate the effectiveness of the scheme.
