Analysis of Research Hotspots and Trends in the Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine Based on VOS viewer and CiteSpace
(Objective)To conduct an analysis of the research focus on the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine in China,explore the current research focus direction and research hotspots in this field,offer references for subsequent research,and provide a scientific theoretical basis for the next step.(Methods)Based on the analysis software of VOSviewer and CiteSpace,the literature related to the modernization of tra-ditional Chinese medicine published on academic websites such as CNKI was selected as research samples.The relevant scientific knowledge maps,such as keywords and research institutions,were statistically drawn to undertake theoretical description and analysis and to infer research hotspots and trends.(Results)In recent years,guided by policies and demands,the modernization trend of traditional Chinese medicine is evi-dent,and the trend of the integration of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine is prominent.However,the cooperation among cross-regional research institutions is limited.(Conclusion)The modernization of traditional Chinese medicine has entered the research stage,but the research focus is concentrated and requires further deepening.
