"知行合一"理念导向的研究生课程改革与探索——以"药代动力学专论"为例

"新医科"视域下,中医药事业对创新型人才提出了更高的要求,研究生创新能力的提升已成为教育改革与探索的重点之一.基于此,通过以中药学研究生重点课程"药代动力学专论"的改革为例,全面分析了中药学专业研究生培养中存在的共性问题,从课程的背景与现状出发,重新规划理论教学安排,探讨了如何在"知行合一"理念的指导下,提升中药学研究生的创新能力.通过明确知行合一的中药学创新型人才的课程培养目标、采用研讨式教学和案例教学等教学方法、提升教师的教学能力以及完善课程评价体系等措施,进一步优化教学体系,提升教学质量,促进中药学研究生创新思维与实践能力的融合,为中医药振兴发展提供更加坚强的人才保障.
Reform and Exploration of Postgraduate Courses Guided by the Concept of"Unity of Knowledge and Practice"——Taking Pharmacokinetics Monograph as an Example
From the perspective of"new medicine,"the cause of traditional Chinese medicine has put forward higher requirements for innovative talents,and the improvement of graduate students'innovation ability has become one of the focuses of education reform and exploration.Based on this,this paper takes the reform of the key course"Pharmacokinetics Monograph"of Chinese materia medica postgraduates as an example to comprehensively analyze the common problems existing in the training of Chinese materia medica postgraduates.Starting from the background and current situation of the course,this paper re-plans the theoretical teaching arrangement and discusses how to improve the innovation ability of Chinese materia medica postgraduates under the guidance of the concept of"unity of knowledge and practice."In order to further optimize the teaching system,improve the teaching quality,promote the integration of innovative thinking and practical ability of postgraduates of Chinese materia medica,and provide a stronger talent guarantee for the revitalization and development of traditional Chinese medicine,we should clarify the curriculum training objectives of cultivating innovative talents of Chinese materia medica with the unity of knowledge and practice,adopt teaching methods such as seminar teaching and case teaching,improve teachers'teaching ability and improve the curriculum evaluation system.
