浅谈硫酸尾气氨法脱硫装置运行中的问题及对策

摘要
氨法脱硫尾吸装置利用氨水中的NH3吸收硫酸尾气中的SO2,尾吸系统出口尾气中的SO2小于15 mg/Nm3,副产硫酸铵.氨法脱硫装置在运行中出现了泡沫、腐蚀、晶浆液颜色发黄、尾气拖尾等问题.通过工艺调整、设备改造等方法,解决了上述问题,使氨法脱硫装置得到了稳定的运行.
Abstract
The ammonia desulfurization tail suction device uses NH3 in ammonia water to absorb SO2 in the sulfuric acid tail gas,and the SO2 in the export tail gas of the tail suction system is less than 15 mg/m3,and the byproduct is ammonium sulfate.In the operation of ammonia desulfu-rization device,there are some problems such as foam,corrosion,yellow slurry color and tail tail.Through process adjustment,equipment transformation and other methods,the above problems are solved,and the ammonia desulfurization device gets stable operation.
