摘要
探讨了我国磷化工中氟的去向相关问题.介绍了我国磷矿的储量、产量和特点,以及磷矿伴生资源和磷化工发展现状.阐述了磷矿的处理方式,包括湿法磷酸工艺和热法磷酸工艺.分析了磷化工中的氟资源,包括自然界中的含氟矿石和磷矿伴生氟资源.重点讨论了磷化工中氟的去向,以湿法磷酸工艺为例分析了氟的流向,并介绍了磷矿伴生氟资源的综合利用,包括制备氢氟酸、人工萤石和多种氟盐等.认为:我国在磷矿伴生氟资源的综合利用方面取得了一定进展,为了达成磷化工产业的可持续发展,仍然需要增强技术创新,并推动产业升级.
Abstract
This article mainly discusses the issues related to the fate of fluorine in China's phosphorus chemical industry.This article introduces the reserves,production,and characteristics of phosphate ore in China,as well as the associated resources of phosphate ore and the current de-velopment status of phosphate chemical industry.This paper elaborated on the processing methods of phosphate ore,including wet process phos-phoric acid technology and hot process phosphoric acid technology,analyzed the fluorine resources in phosphorus chemical industry,including fluorine-containing ores and associated fluorine resources in nature.The focus was on discussing the fate of fluorine in phosphorus chemical in-dustry,taking wet process phosphoric acid technology as an example to analyze the flow of fluorine,and introducing the comprehensive utiliza-tion of fluorine resources associated with phosphate ore,including the preparation of hydrofluoric acid,artificial fluorite,and various fluoride salts.It is believed that China has made certain progress in the comprehensive utilization of fluorine resources associated with phosphate mines.In order to achieve sustainable development of the phosphate chemical industry,it is still necessary to enhance technological innovation and pro-mote industrial upgrading.
