摘要
采用AFS-11B型原子荧光光度计对磷酸及磷铵中砷含量测定开展应用研究.对测定酸度、还原剂浓度、原子化温度测定条件进行了优化,通过优化的条件采用标准曲线法进行验证.实验表明,该方法准确度高,测定结果稳定可靠,适用于磷酸及磷铵产品中砷含量的测定.
Abstract
Application research on the determination of arsenic content in phosphoric acid and ammonium phosphate using AFS-11 B atomic flu-orescence spectrophotometer.The conditions for measuring acidity,reducing agent concentration,and atomization temperature were optimized and validated using the standard curve method.The experimental results show that this method has high accuracy,stable and reliable measure-ment results,and is suitable for the determination of arsenic content in phosphoric acid and ammonium phosphate products.
