摘要

针对云南天安化工有限公司二期60万t/a磷酸二铵装置生产过程流化冷却含尘气体直接排放污染环境、产品温度达不到控制指标、烟囱排放颗粒物高及洗涤系统洗液中和度居高不下等问题,提出了操作控制的改进措施,并取得了显著的优化效果.

Abstract

An analysis was conducted on the environmental pollution caused by the direct discharge of dusty gas from fluidized cooling during the production process of Yunnan Tian'an Chemical Co.,Ltd.'s Phase Ⅱ 600000 t/year diammonium phosphate plant,the failure to meet control in-dicators for product temperature,high particulate matter emissions from chimneys,and high neutralization degree of washing solution in the washing system.Improvement measures for operational control were proposed,and significant optimization effects were achieved.
