Dual"Depoliticization":Overdensity of Rural Elderly Care Services and its Interpretation
Strengthening rural elderly care services is an important measure for China to actively respond to the aging population.Rural elderly care services have become overly dense in terms of their content, rules, and methods, falling into the trap of"growth without development".This overdensity arises from the dual"depoliticization"of the administrative system and the autonomous management system. The key to breaking free from the trap of overdensity lies in strengthening the autonomy of the grassroots organizational system, and achieving the organic unity of national and social aspects of elderly care services by ensuring their contact positions.
