A Study of the Impact Mechanism of Border Tourism on the National Security from the Perspective of Resilience
As an important way of"prospering the border and enriching the people",border tourism not only drives economic develop-ment,but also has a profound impact on the national security in the border areas.The impacts of border tourism in the perspective of resilience find expression in the socio-cultural resilience,ecological and environmental resilience,and economic development resili-ence in the border areas.The process of the border tourism's impact on the national security follows the logic of"opening of the border areas——loss of the local resilience".With the effects of de-boundary,de-marginalization and de-localization in the process of o-pening-up,border tourism will lead to the gradation of the local resilience which finds expression mainly in its attraction,adaptability and recovery,and will finally result in three security situations:security redundancy,security equilibrium and security lag.The nation-al security risks caused by border tourism should be solved from three aspects:the moderate opening of the border areas,the strengthe-ning of the local resilience and the assessment of the security situation.
