An Empirical Study of the Construction and Measurement of the Evaluation Index System for the High-Quality Developmental Level of Trading-port Economy in Yunnan
Accelerating the transformation of the trading port from the focus on"the channel economy"to that on"the industrial econo-my"is an important part of the high-quality implementation of the"Belt and Road"Initiative.Based on the requirements of the high-quality development goal,this paper makes a scientific discussion on the connotations and characteristics of the high-quality devel-opment of trading-port economy,and builds an evaluation index system to measure the high-quality developmental level of trading-port economy based on the analytic hierarchy process.Taking Yunnan province as the research object,which has a variety of border trading-ports,this paper uses the data from 2012 to 2021 and the CRITIC weight method to measure the high-quality developmental level of Yunnan's trading-port economy and analyze the characteristics of its developmental trend.It concludes that the high-quality developmental level of Yunnan's trading-port economy shows an overall upward trend during the sample period,the coordinated devel-opment and opening-based development of its trading-port economy have improved significantly,the role of benefit sharing has ap-peared,but its innovative development needs improvement,because its green development is unstable and the coordination between the trading-port and the city is insufficient.To promote the high-quality development of Yunnan's trading-port economy,it is necessary to change the development concept,promote its high-level opening to the outside world,establish a coordinated development mecha-nism between the trading-port and the city as well as among different trading-ports,improve the trading-port infrastructure,and improve its development capacity for opening-up and development so as to promote the modernization process of Yunnan's trading-ports.
