摘要
习近平总书记关于加强和改进民族工作的重要思想,是在回顾党的百年历程,是改革开放特别是党的十八大以来,我们党既一脉相承又与时俱进贯彻党的民族理论和民族政策、总结新时代民族工作宝贵经验基础上形成的党关于加强和改进民族工作的重要思想;是党的治国方略在民族工作领域的集中展现,体现出马克思主义基本原理同中国具体实际、同中华优秀传统文化的"两个结合",彰显着马克思主义的世界观和方法论.这一重要思想已成为一个科学的理论体系,具有坚定理想信念、坚守人民立场、坚持实事求是、坚决改革创新的鲜明理论品格.
Abstract
The important thought on strengthening and improving the ethnic work articulated by Xi Jinping,general secretary of the Communist Party of China(CPC)Central Committee,has been formed on the foundation of adhering to the Party's ethnic theories and policies,which is a summary of the 100-year valuable experiences as well as a continuation and an advancement of the ethnic work in the new era since the reform and opening-up in China,particularly after the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,an embodiment of the Party's governance strategy in the realm of ethnic work as well as the"two combinations"of integrating the basic principles of Marxism with China's specific realities and the excellent traditional Chinese culture,showcasing the Marxist worldview,methodology and stance.This important thought has become a scientific theoretical system characteristic of four distinct theoretical fea-tures:firm ideals and beliefs,adherence to the people's standpoint,commitment to seeking truth from facts,and insistence on reform and innovation.
