特色文化产业赋能中国式乡村现代化——基于鹤庆县的考察

摘要
中国式现代化是中国共产党领导的、有别于西方的社会主义现代化.特色文化产业是实现乡村全面振兴的有力支撑,是实现"第二个结合"的重要突破口,也是实现中华优秀传统文化"两创"的关键抓手,对建设中国式乡村现代化具有显著的赋能作用.鹤庆县持续推进"一村一业"发展模式,形成了以新华村为引领,覆盖县域整体的特色文化产业发展格局.通过铸牢中华民族共同体意识凝聚中国式现代化建设强大合力、激发和坚持特色文化产业发展的村民主体性地位、以"一村一业"特色文化产业集群推进中华优秀传统文化"两创"等途径,探索出了一条以特色文化产业助力乡村全面振兴、实现中国式乡村现代化的可行之路.
Abstract
Chinese-style modernization is a kind of socialist modernization led by the Communist Party of China,and is different from that of the West.The distinctive cultural industry is a strong support for achieving the comprehensive rural revitalization in China,an important breakthrough for achieving the"second combination"(the combination of the basic principles of Marxism with the excellent traditional Chinese culture),and a key lever for realizing the creative transformation and innovative development of the excellent tradi-tional Chinese culture.It has a significant empowering effect on the Chinese-style modernization of the rural areas.Heqing County has continued promoting the development model of"one village,one industry",and formed a development pattern of distinctive cultural in-dustries led by Xinhua Village,covering the whole county.By enhancing a strong sense of the community of the Chinese nation,Heqing County has pooled the strong joint forces for realizing the Chinese-style modernization,stimulated and adhered to the villagers'subjectivity in the development of distinctive cultural industries,and promoted the creative transformation and innovative development of the excellent traditional Chinese culture with the distinctive cultural industry cluster of"one village,one industry",whose exploration is a feasible approach to the comprehensive rural revitalization and Chinese-style rural modernization through the development of dis-tinctive cultural industries.
