Theoretical Logic,Key Issues and Practical Pathways for New-quality Productivity Empowering Shared Prosperity

摘要
新质生产力是以创新为核心、产业为载体的新型生产力.发展新质生产力不仅是推动经济高质量发展的关键动力,更是促进社会财富合理分配、实现公平与效率统一的重要手段.面对新一轮技术变革带来的经济结构失衡、全球经济转型、财富分配不均等一系列现实挑战,本研究提出了综合策略路径,包括优化产业结构、调整贸易模式、平衡财富分配、培养战略人才、协同发展速度.为落实这些措施,需要国家、企业与社会的协同合作,通过深化系统性改革增强国际竞争力,从宏观和微观层面综合施策,稳步推进全体人民向共同富裕目标迈进.
Abstract
New-quality productivity is a new type of productivity with innovation as the core and industry as the carrier.It is not only a key driving force for promoting high-quality economic development,but also an important means to promote the rational distribution of social wealth and achieve the unity of fairness and efficiency.In the face of economic structural imbalances,global economic trans-formation,uneven distribution of wealth,and other problems brought about by a new wave of technological innovation,this study propo-ses a series of strategic pathways,including optimizing the industrial structure,adjusting the trade models,balancing the wealth distri-bution,cultivating the strategic talents,and coordinating the development speed.To implement these strategies,collaborative efforts between the state,enterprises,and society are required.By deepening systematic reforms and enhancing international competitiveness as well as the comprehensive implementation of the policies at both the macro and micro levels,we will steadily advance the goal of shared prosperity for all people.
