摘要
新质生产力作为驱动民族地区乡村产业转型升级和高质量发展的关键动力,以高科技、高效能、高质量为特征,依托数字化、网络化、智能化为创新动能,成为驱动民族地区乡村产业高质量发展的重要引擎.新质生产力与民族地区乡村产业高质量发展之间具有内在逻辑,其能够以新要素为民族地区乡村产业高质量发展注入创新活力,以新技术激发民族地区乡村产业高质量发展的革命性力量,以新产业构成民族地区乡村产业高质量发展的核心支柱.在把握新质生产力驱动民族地区乡村产业高质量发展内在逻辑的基础上,通过以要素融合为途径、以科技创新为引领、以新兴产业为导向、以新型基础设施建设为前提、以绿色发展为基调,共同助力民族地区乡村产业高质量发展.
Abstract
As a key driving force for the transformation,upgrading and high-quality development of rural industries in the ethnic areas of China,new-quality productivity,characterized by high technology,high efficiency and high quality,relies on digitalization,net-works and intelligence as innovative driving forces,and is an important engine for driving the high-quality development of rural indus-tries in the ethnic areas of China.There is an inherent logic between new-quality productivity and the high-quality development of rural industries in these ethnic areas.New-quality productivity with its brand-new key factors can inject innovative vitality into the high-quality development of rural industries in such ethnic areas,with its new technology can stimulate the revolutionary force of the high-quality development of rural industries in such ethnic areas,and with its new industries can form the core pillar of the high-quality development of rural industries in these ethnic areas.On the basis of grasping the inherent logic of driving the high-quality de-velopment of rural industries in these ethnic areas by new-quality productivity,we will work together to promote the high-quality de-velopment of rural industries in these ethnic areas through the means of multi-factor fusion,the guidance of technological innovation and the development of the emerging industry on the basis of the new infrastructure construction and green development,which combine to contribute to the high-quality development of the rural industries in the ethnic areas of China.
