Optimization of water extraction process of Seabuckthorn Pu'er tea powder and evaluation of its antioxidant capacity in vitro based on response surface methodology
Seabuckthorn Pu'er tea powder:(1)Taking the soluble solids in the water extract as the response value, based on the single factor and Box-Benhnken response surface method, the effects of different solid-liquid ratio, time, temperature and pH on the water extraction effect of Seabuckthorn Pu'er tea powder were studied.(2)In order to analyze and evaluate the antioxidant capacity in vitro, the effective components of Seabuckthorn Pu'er tea powder with different raw material ratios were tested and the antioxidant activity in vitro was tested.Results:(1)The opti-mum water extraction conditions for obtaining Seabuckthorn Pu'er tea powder(Seabuckthorn leaf:Pu'er tea powder =4∶1)were as follows:the ratio of material to liquid(raw material:water)was 1∶8(g/mL),the extraction tempera-ture was 79℃,the extraction time was 3 h,and the pH was 8.3.(2)The content of active components of Seabuck-thorn Pu'er tea powder is higher than that of single tea powder, and it has strong scavenging ability to DPPH(2,2,-diphenyl-1-piperylhydrazyl),ABTS(2,2′-azinobis(3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid),CuPRAC(Cupric Reducing Antioxidant Power)and FRAP(Ferric Reducing Antioxidant Power),which can provide some ref-erence for the utilization of Seabuckthorn and Pu'er resources and the development of functional tea powder.
