为了研究打叶复烤在线添加功能生物料液提升下部烟叶模块的品质.烟叶在打叶复烤的烤机出口处添加功能生物料液,经过长期自然醇化过程,跟踪烟叶常规化学成分、有机酸、致香成分、感官评价,并考察烟叶在卷烟叶组中的应用效果.结果表明:烟叶经自然醇化18个月,与对照样相比,下部烟叶模块添加0.4%的功能生物料液能够有效改善抽吸品质,常规化学成分中的总糖、挥发性有机酸总量、异戊酸、苯乙酸等差异显著.其中非挥发性有机酸总量和苹果酸差异显著,致香成分总量、酮类、酯类等差异显著,细胞壁物质纤维素降低.以6.5%完全替换叶组配方中的原级模块,其感官评分提高1.2分,主要体现在香气丰富性提升,杂气降低,余味改善.有效提高下部烟叶模块在叶组配方中的使用价值.
Study on improving the quality of lower tobacco module by adding functional biological solution online by threshing and redrying
In order to improve the quality of the lower tobacco module in threshing and redrying process,functional biological solution was added to the tobacco leaves online.Functional biological solution was added to the tobacco leaves at the outlet of the roaster for threshing and redrying,after a long-term natural aging process,the conven-tional chemical composition,organic acid,aroma components,and sensory evaluation of the tobacco leaves were re-searched,and the application effect in cigarette leaf group was investigated.The results showed that:after natural aging for 18 months,compared with the control,the lower tobacco module which added 0.4%functional biological solution could effectively improve the smoking quality,the total sugar in the conventional chemical components was significant difference,the total amount of volatile organic acids,isovaleric acid and phenylacetic acid were signifi-cant differences,the total amount of nonvolatile organic acids and malic acid were significantly different,and cllulose in cell wall material decreased.The original module in the leaf group formula was completely replaced with 6.5%,and its sensory score was increased by 1.2 points,which was mainly reflected in the improvement of aroma rich-ness,the reduction of miscellaneous gas and the improvement of aftertaste.The use value of the lower tobacco mod-ule in the leaf group formula was effectively improved.
