Research on the training of network security talents for underdeveloped areas'college or university based on CTF competition
With the wide application and rapid development of information technology,network information security has increasingly become the focus of national attention,which brings opportunities and challenges to the cultivation of network information security talents in higher education institutions.Due to the weak teaching resources and fac-ulty strength of universities in underdeveloped areas,there are more difficulties in cultivating talents related to net-work information security.This paper takes the CTF competition,which has a relatively high degree of attention,as an entry point,and leads teachers and students to learn the relevant courses more actively and put them into prac-tice on the CTF platform by integrating the skill requirements related to the CTF competition with the knowledge of the curriculum,setting up the CTF team,and carrying out the CTF competition,etc.,so as to help colleges and u-niversities in underdeveloped areas to overcome some of the difficulties in the cultivation of talents in network infor-mation security and embark on the development path of sustainable improvement of education quality.
