摘要
介绍了CsSnI3钙钛矿的晶体结构和性质,分别讨论了添加剂工程、组分工程和低维钙钛矿工程对CsSnI3器件性能的改善成效及相关机制.
Abstract
The crystal structure and properties of CsSnI3 perovskites were introduced,and then the im-provement effects of additive engineering,component modification and low-dimensional perovskite en-gineering on device performance and related mechanisms were discussed.
